It depends on where you are. We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders processed usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If an order is refused at delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items returned past the 14 days will only be eligible for a store credit. Any items after 45 days will no longer be valid for return, exchange, or store credit.

Due to Covid-19, all returns are experiencing processing delays and in accordance with guidelines from the CDC, state and local officials, all returns must be held for 48 hours prior to processing.
