Shipping

All free shipping methods have an estimated delivery window of 5 to 10 business days.

If you need your package by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing one of the expedited shipping options. Please note that all delivery timelines are based off of UPS's estimates and UPS does not guarantee the timeline of UPS Ground options. 

All orders placed with paid shipping after 3 PM EST will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Returns

All unworn, unused merchandise with the original tags attached that are accompanied by the original packing slip can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please do not remove tags until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Items returned past 30 days are only eligible for store credit.

There is a $10 return fee per package for shipping and processing refunds to original payment. This is deducted from the refund total at the time of processing.

Any items after 45 days will no longer be valid for return, exchange, or store credit. Items that are Final Sale, damaged, worn, or sent back in unsuitable condition cannot be returned or exchanged and will be returned to the sender. In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require the use of our return label and a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or credit. 

If you purchased your OLIPHANT item from a boutique, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed a notification will be sent to your inbox signifying that your item has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 2 business days for your bank to process the refund and show the credit on your bank statement. Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note, we do not cover international shipping or duty fees. This means return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
