Returns 
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we’re happy to help. All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.  Items returned past the 14 days will only be eligible for a store credit. Any items after 45 days will no longer be valid for return, exchange, or store credit.

Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist at hello@oliphantdesign.com.

Due to Covid-19, all returns are experiencing processing delays and in accordance with guidelines from the CDC, state and local officials, all returns must be held for 48 hours prior to processing.

If you purchased your OLIPHANT item from a boutique, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.

Please allow 14 business days* from return shipment date to process your return and 5-7 additional days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note, during spring and summer seasons, it can take an additional 1-2 days for your return to be processed. 

In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require the use of our return label and a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Items purchased with a discount code may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note we do not cover international shipping. Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
