Shipping
Due to a high influx of orders, all free shipping methods have an estimated delivery window of 5 to 10 business days. If you need your package by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing one of our expedited shipping options. Please note that the only guaranteed shipping methods are UPS 3-Day, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. All paid shipping orders placed after 3 PM EST will be fulfilled on the next business day regardless of the shipping method selected.
Returns

For purchases made with J.Crew please contact our Customer Service team at hello@oliphantdesign.com to initiate a return or exchange request.
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original packing slip can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please do not remove tags until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Items returned past 30 days are only eligible for store credit.
Any items after 45 days will no longer be valid for return, exchange, or store credit. Items that are Final Sale, damaged, worn, or sent back in unsuitable condition cannot be returned or exchanged and will be returned to the sender. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist at hello@oliphantdesign.com.
In order to better serve you and ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner, we require the use of our return label and a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or credit.
If you purchased your OLIPHANT item from a boutique, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date your return is delivered to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed a notification will be sent to your inbox signifying that your item has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 2 business days for your bank to process the refund and show the credit on your bank statement. Items purchased with a discount code may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note we do not cover international shipping. This means return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
