Terms & Conditions
1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
We are offering a limited-time tiered discount promotion applicable exclusively to the Oliphant Design Collection. The Promotion is available both in-store at our Charleston and Litchfield locations and online at www.oliphantdesign.com.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Final Sale Event begins on July 27, 2026 at 7:30 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders must be placed and completed (payment successfully processed) within the Promotion Period to qualify for the discount. Oliphant Design reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Product Eligibility The tiered discount applies exclusively to products within the Oliphant Design Womens Collection as designated on our website and in-store. Products outside this collection are not eligible for the Promotion, regardless of where they are displayed or purchased.
3.2 Customer Eligibility The Promotion is available to all customers, both new and existing, with no purchase history or account requirement. The Promotion is available to customers in all regions where Oliphant Design ships or operates retail locations.
4. DISCOUNT TIERS
Discounts are calculated based on the eligible pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal of qualifying Womens Collection items in a single transaction, as follows:

4.1 Tier Application Only one discount tier applies per transaction. The highest qualifying tier is automatically applied. Customers cannot split a transaction to apply multiple tiers.
4.2 Automatic Application Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No promotional code is required. The applicable discount will be displayed in the cart and at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
4.3 Subtotal Calculation Eligible subtotal is calculated based on the original listed price of qualifying items before any other adjustments. Taxes, shipping fees, and gift wrapping charges are excluded from the subtotal calculation.
4.4 Minimum Purchase Threshold Purchases below $250.00 in qualifying Womens Collection items do not qualify for any discount under this Promotion.
5. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
5.1 No Combination with Other Discounts The Final Sale Event discount cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon code, loyalty reward, store credit, employee discount, influencer code, referral credit, gift card (applied as a discount), or any other offer of any kind. If a customer's cart contains an active discount code or promotion, the Final Sale tiered discount will take precedence and all other discounts will be voided, or the transaction may not qualify. Oliphant Design reserves the right to determine promotional hierarchy at its sole discretion.
5.2 Excluded Products The following are excluded from the Promotion regardless of collection placement:
- Gift cards
- Items already marked as clearance or otherwise discounted prior to the Promotion Period
- Collaborations or limited-edition items specifically excluded at Oliphant Design's discretion
- Any items not part of the designated Oliphant Design Womens Collection
5.3 Geographic Restrictions Promotion is valid in all regions where Oliphant Design operates, subject to applicable local laws. International orders are subject to applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not discounted under this Promotion.
5.4 Quantity Limits Oliphant Design reserves the right to limit quantities per customer at its sole discretion to prevent abuse of the Promotion.
6. ALL SALES FINAL
6.1 No Returns ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE FINAL SALE EVENT ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Items purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for return for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Color variation from screen display
- Duplicate purchase
6.2 No Exchanges Items purchased during the Final Sale Event are not eligible for exchange for a different size, color, style, or any other item.
6.3 No Store Credit Items purchased during the Final Sale Event are not eligible for store credit issuance.
6.4 No Price Adjustments Oliphant Design does not offer price adjustments on Final Sale purchases. Items purchased before the Promotion Period began are not eligible for retroactive discounts. Items purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for adjustment if pricing changes during the Promotion Period.
6.5 Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items Notwithstanding the Final Sale policy, Oliphant Design will address items that arrive materially damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, subject to our review and sole discretion. Customers must contact us through the Customer Support Portal or email us at hello@oliphantdesign.com within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Oliphant Design reserves the right to offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at its sole discretion. This exception does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer-caused damage
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish considered within acceptable manufacturing tolerances
6.6 Acknowledgment of Final Sale at Checkout By completing a purchase during the Final Sale Event, customers acknowledge and agree to the Final Sale terms. Final Sale designation is displayed:
- On product pages during the Promotion Period
- In the cart page
- At checkout prior to payment confirmation
- On the order confirmation email
- On the order invoice
7. ORDER PROCESSING
7.1 Order Confirmation Placement of an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Oliphant Design reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or any other reason at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, customers will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
7.2 Inventory All promotions are subject to product availability. Oliphant Design does not guarantee inventory levels during the Promotion Period and is not responsible for items that sell out.
7.3 Pricing Errors In the event of a pricing or discount error on our website or in-store, Oliphant Design reserves the right to cancel affected orders and notify customers. We are not obligated to honor incorrectly priced orders.
8. IN-STORE PURCHASES
8.1 Applicability The Final Sale Event is valid at all participating Oliphant Design brick-and-mortar retail locations during the Promotion Period during normal store operating hours.
8.2 Receipt Documentation In-store Final Sale purchases will be noted as "FINAL SALE" on the customer's receipt. Customers should retain their receipt as proof of purchase.
8.3 Staff Authority Oliphant Design retail staff are not authorized to override the Final Sale policy. Return, exchange, or store credit requests for Final Sale items will not be processed at the store level.
9. ONLINE PURCHASES
9.1 Shipping Standard shipping rates and policies apply. The Promotion discount does not apply to shipping charges. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, are calculated on the post-discount subtotal.
9.2 Order Cutoff Online orders must be fully submitted and payment successfully processed before July 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET to qualify. Orders in cart or checkout that are not completed by this time will not receive the discount.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding this Promotion or Final Sale policy are subject to Oliphant Design's standard dispute resolution procedures. Customers with concerns may contact our customer support team HERE or at hello@oliphantdesign.com. Oliphant Design's determination regarding Promotion eligibility and Final Sale policy is final.
11. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
Oliphant Design reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Final Sale Event Promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of early termination, the Final Sale policy will continue to apply to all purchases made during the Promotion Period.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
